Aware Wellbeing Programme Aware's free Virtual Life Skills Group is open for
registration, with a choice of starting on 26, 27 or 28 January 2021.
With expert guidance, learn how to better manage the stress of everyday life,
recognise and manage unhelpful thoughts, learn new ways of thinking and
ultimately begin the journey to a healthier and more confident life.
90 minutes per week for 6 weeks.
