Stress Management A 6-week Course to help you reduce stress Starting Friday, 30th April, 2021 Dates Friday, 30th April 2021 – 4th June 2021 Time 10.00am –12.00pm Place Online – you will receive a Zoom link to each online session. Content We will explore different stress therapies, including mindfulness, breathing, gentle movement, CBT, working with the body, visualisation and changing habits to improve lifestyle. You will learn about stress in the brain and the body and what you can do to manage it. You will develop ways to help you manage stress and increase well-being.
