It’s a challenging time for everyone. All our lives have changed. Lockdown may have resulted in decreased motivation and a slip in our general healthy habits. Eating and living well is vital for supporting both our mental and physical well-being, and we need to look out for ourselves now more than ever.

Recently, there is much interest in the role that our diet can play in our mood and mental health.
