I hope you are doing fine and enjoy the sunshine we get these days.
I recorded another guided meditation accompanied with relaxing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls for you.
I am really enjoying recording these meditations even thought it takes a few attempts to record them in one go.
This meditation focuses mainly on your breath. Your breath is a wonderful tool to be present and to help you to calm down.
There are so many different qualities of your breath which can be explored.
Being aware of your breath and might breathing out a little longer than usual can be very helpful for relaxation and can be done anytime. You don't need to do it during a guided meditation.
