Meditation with Simone


Hello from Simone,
 
I hope you are enjoying my sound meditations so far.
 
In today's meditation we will focus on observing your thoughts.
 
You might heard that meditation is all about of "not-thinking". My understanding is that it is to certain extent right.
But you can also use your thoughts as part of the meditation. So there is no need to suppress or deny your thoughts. Just allow them to be present at this meditation while you become the silent witness of your thoughts.
 
So let's explore another way of calming your mind and relaxing your body.
