Check out this opportunity to have your own Connectmas!

This year Mental Health Ireland Christmas Campaign theme is “Connectmas”. Christmas is a time to celebrate the joy of being together.  However, for many this can be a difficult time if they are going through personal struggles. In these moments, the hope that Christmas offers is often found in connection with others. Mental Health Ireland Connectmas Campaign provides resources and information to make space for making important connections in your workplace, home and community.

We are inviting you to Fundraise for us this Christmas by organising one of the below events while connecting with colleagues, loved ones or your community .

  • Host your own Christmas Jumper Party
  • Festive Walk or Dip
  • Coffee Morning
  • Connectmas CafĂ©
  • Why not include a fundraiser in your Christmas lunch or party.

Please see attached our “Connectmas” poster with more details and the link to our Connectmas page on our website on how to set up a fundraising page: Christmas Campaign 2024 – Mental Health Ireland

Visit our Shop for Festive gifts in aid of Mental Health Ireland and support our work.  Please find items in our Shop here for colleagues, loved ones or your community:   Christmas Shop – Mental Health Ireland

We also have lots of resources, tips, and tools on how to mind your mental health this Christmas. Please see link here: Christmas Campaign 2024 – Mental Health Ireland

This Christmas engage with your colleagues, loved ones and community, and prioritise your mental health.   Support Mental Health Ireland to continue to run free mental health training, campaigns and programmes in the community, workplaces and for people engaged with mental health services.

Check out this SOS Wellness Workshop taking place

A Wellness Workshop is a half day for you to take time out and learn a wide range of practical tools and tips that you can use in your everyday life to improve your own wellness. These workshops aim to help you understand and take charge of your own mental health. The workshop is for anyone and everyone as we all have mental health! Workshops are informal and relaxed. They are facilitated by people with both lived life experience of mental health difficulties, and people with experience of working in various mental health arenas. A comprehensive Wellness Workbook to support you in maintaining your daily wellness and refreshments will be provided at each workshop along with refreshments.

There is no charge to attend a Wellness Workshop. Currently places are fully funded by the National Office for Suicide Prevention, our wonderful donors and partners and our incredible fundraisers, making our Wellness Workshops accessible to everyone.

Doors open at 9am with tea and coffee. FREE REGISTRATION required, please click here to book your free place https://tinyurl.com/WWmona23https://tinyurl.com/WWPort24  or simply call the office on 012722158 and we will register you.
