There is an interesting online Recovery Week taking place this week through our local mental health services in community healthcare east and we’d like to share the programme with you which has many online events and workshops across a range of topics supportive of wellbeing includes workshops on healthy food, mindfulness and much more.
It is being run collaboratively through ARCHES Recovery Education and other organisations are contributing including Gateway. Take a

Gateway has a introductory workshop today from 4.10pm to 4.40pm for us to
talk about what we do as a member and peer led social support project. If any
