 A Mid-Winter Wellbeing Festival is getting under way via Liz Brosnan (liz.brosnan2@HSE.ie) take a look below for details.

"The MidWinter Wellbeing festival arranged to offer support to people over the coming month, which can be difficult for many". The events start next week and run until end of week 15^th Jan, as the post-Christmas period can be even tougher, especially this year.
