Wellness Recovery Action Plan training coming up locally (not in Gateway)

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
upcoming courses in the community

WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) Level One is programme that helps you develop your own personally tailored Wellness Action Plan that you can use on a day-to-day basis to manage your wellness and that you can use if you become unwell to restore it.
WRAP has been proven both locally and internationally to be effective.

The WRAP programme is being offered through two providers locally at the moment:
→ by Rona Brierty through the HSE local mental health engagement office for CHO6 (South Dublin). Places are open to service users in the area and are free but limited and need advance booking through Charles Searson on 086 4605 631 or by email on local.engagement@hse.ie.
→ by a community based organisation Suicide or Survive (SOS).  Places cost €75 but they are happy to discuss a reduction in the fee if cost is a difficulty for anybody. Book online through: http://www.suicideorsurvive.ie/wrap/ or call 1890 577577 / 01 2722158
