Dear Gateway members
Happy new year! I'm getting in touch with an invitation
that I hope might be of interest.
Mental Health Reform is holding a Tweetathon on
Thursday 14th January. A Tweetathon is our way of using Twitter to
keep mental health on the political agenda ahead of the General Election. We'd
like to invite you to join us at the Carmichael
Centre, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7, anytime between 11am and 3pm, to tell
us why you think mental health should be an election priority. We'll share
your ideas and messages to politicians through our Twitter account using our
campaign hashtag, #Ourstateofmind.
This will be a get together of
people with experience of using mental health services and staff from mental
health organisations. Lunch will be included at 1pm. We'd love to have you
at this event, and you are welcome to drop by to collect General Election
campaign leaflets, for campaign suggestions, healthy snacks and music
between 11 am and 3 pm.
Please let us know if you can
come along and at what time.
You can read more about the

Looking forward to hearing
from you!
Best wishes
