We've another lively month ahead to look forward to which includes a talk by MABS with tips on budgeting and advice to help us reduce financial stress on the 15th as well as the restart of our much loved creative writing programme with Maria on the 19th - in line with Dublin's free and fun Culture Night.
Remember to pop in for a bit of relaxation with Carol on Mondays at 4pm and book yourself in for an Indian head massage on the 28th. The WRAP Cafe, open to all prior wrappers will be helping us put our wellness tools into practice... Oh and remember to meet up with John L and members in the mid week meet up in Cafe Moda from 1pm every Wednesday in September - big thanks to John for volunteering with us :)
