Threshold Training are have space for one to one coaching!

Threshold Training Network (TTN) offer free one-to-one coaching sessions as part of CUPPa Coaching. These sessions can give you the chance to connect and nurture your wellbeing in a supportive, calm, and gentle space.

They currently have availability on Tuesday and Friday.

To tell you a little more…

CUPPa Coaching stands for Coaching Untapped Potential Project, with the small ‘a’ for the small actions that lead to big shifts. Because we believe everyone has untapped potential – and sometimes just needs the space and support to unlock it.

TTN offer eight free in-person sessions. These sessions can be used in various ways from figuring out what changes you would like to make, problem solving, to identifying next steps. If you are not sure what your goal is yet, that’s okay.

Yvonne is a compassionate and experienced coach at Threshold Training Network. Her role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and build confidence.

Whether you're looking to:

Understand yourself better

Reconnect with your potential

Rediscover what brings you joy

Explore your wellbeing

Or just learn how to take the next step

…CUPPa coaching can offer a calm, encouraging space to do just that.

If this sounds like something you (or someone you support) could benefit from, please give TTN a quick call.
