At the members' meeting this month, we talked about how Christmas can be a challenging time of year for many of us and how important it is to stay connected with others and get out and about as much as we can. There were lots of great suggestions for things to keep us busy and connected over the holiday period and while Gateway's drop in is closed.

The Winter Solstice event on Wednesday 21st December looks all set to be a beautiful community gathering to enjoy... recommended!

For Christmas Day, remember that the Knights of Columbanus provide free 4 course christmas day meals, entertainment and company. Special buses to transport people to and from the RDS will run from several locations in the city centre.
